Bi-Weekly Estate Care provides the same complete AromaClean standard at every visit. It is designed for homes whose lifestyle and use are best suited to a two-week rhythm, while the Personal Home Care Plan keeps individual priorities and presentation preferences consistent from visit to visit.
Monthly Home Care provides the same complete AromaClean standard at every visit and is designed for homes whose use and lifestyle are best suited to a monthly rhythm. The full agreed Personal Home Care Plan is followed each time, including detailed cleaning, floor care and final presentation throughout the home.
For seasonal residents, interior care can continue during periods away and can be coordinated with the owner’s return. Pre-arrival service may include a full interior refresh, guest-ready presentation and the client’s documented arrival preferences.
A detailed property-specific reset for an empty or partially empty residence. Move-in care prepares the home before the household settles in; move-out care focuses on detailed cleanliness and presentation before the property changes hands, is prepared for sale or welcomes a new resident.
Additional Detail Services are reserved for work outside the normal whole-home service or work that requires additional time, preparation or a separate method.
ACCP is the structured process behind every AromaClean visit: understanding the residence, preparing and protecting the home, following the agreed care sequence, using material-appropriate methods, checking completed work and completing a final presentation inspection.
Before recurring service begins, we arrange a personal in-home consultation with the client or authorized representative. We document priorities, preferred presentation, access instructions, pets, household routines, sensitive surfaces, areas that should not be touched and items requiring owner-specific instructions. These details form the Personal Home Care Plan followed by the team on future visits.
The team follows the approved entry and alarm procedure, confirms any same-day priorities and brings equipment into the residence carefully. Appropriate floor or surface protection is used where needed before equipment is placed or moved through sensitive areas.
Exceptional homes often include distinctive materials, fine furnishings, art and collections that call for an informed, highly attentive approach. Our Lead Cleaning Professional developed her practical experience while caring for luxury residences where these elements were part of the everyday home environment.
Her experience includes environments with marble and natural stone, custom wood and metal finishes, Persian rugs, fine textiles, sculptures, antiques, collectible objects and rare antiquities, including pieces such as sarcophagi.
For sensitive surfaces and objects, the material, finish, condition and client instructions determine the method. High-value artwork, antiques, museum-type objects and specialist textiles are handled only within the agreed scope. When conservation, restoration, repair or specialist treatment is required, the appropriate specialist should take over.

Nothing is finished until it has been checked. Completed rooms are reviewed during the service and the residence receives a final presentation inspection before departure.
Kitchen surfaces are checked for streaks, crumbs and fingerprints. Bathrooms are reviewed for mirrors, chrome, fixtures and presentation. Bedrooms and living areas are checked for visible dust, floor condition, symmetry and finishing details. Approved decorative items are returned respectfully, cushions and throws are arranged, mats are aligned, the service checklist is completed and the property is secured.
