Terms & Conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Every AromaClean service begins with understanding the home, preferences and individual requirements. Following the initial consultation or home assessment, the client receives a personalized service proposal and quote.

For recurring Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Home Care, a valid card authorization is required before the first confirmed appointment. The authorized payment method is kept securely on file with the payment provider for future scheduled services.

For recurring services, the agreed service amount is processed electronically after each completed visit, unless different terms are stated in the client proposal.

For one-time services and larger projects, including Move-In / Move-Out Luxury Reset, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is processed electronically after the completed service, unless the personalized proposal states different payment terms.

AromaClean cleaning professionals do not accept cash, collect card information or settle invoices in the home. Payment administration is handled through the secure electronic system, separate from the cleaning team.

Clients receive electronic confirmation of completed payments.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans can change. Because every appointment reserves dedicated team time and is coordinated around the client’s home, the following policy applies:

48 hours or more before the appointment — cancellation or rescheduling is complimentary.
24–48 hours before the appointment — one complimentary reschedule is available when the service is moved to an available appointment within 14 days. Cancellation is subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service amount.
Less than 24 hours before the appointment — cancellation or rescheduling is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Same-day change or cancellation after the team has been dispatched — a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount applies.
No Access / Lockout — clients are responsible for ensuring agreed access. If the team cannot access the property within 20 minutes of arrival for reasons outside AromaClean’s control, the appointment is treated as a no-access cancellation and the full scheduled service amount is charged.

Applicable cancellation, rescheduling or no-access fees are charged to the secure payment method on file.

Genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by AromaClean management.

SERVICE STANDARDS & YOUR HOME

Service Guarantee

Although our professionals work with the highest level of care and attention, if a client feels that an agreed area has not been completed to the AromaClean standard, please contact operations@aromacleanluxury.com within 24 hours of service. We will review the concern promptly and work with the client toward an appropriate resolution.

Access to Your Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the residence and accurate access, alarm and property information. Access details are treated as confidential. If the team cannot access the property within 20 minutes of arrival for reasons outside AromaClean’s control, the No Access / Lockout policy above applies.

Special Surfaces, Valuable Items & Client Instructions

Clients should identify sensitive surfaces, fragile items, valuable artwork, antiques, specialist textiles, collectible objects, pre-existing damage and any item requiring owner-specific instructions before service. AromaClean uses material-appropriate methods within the agreed scope. Conservation, restoration, repair and specialist treatment are outside the standard cleaning scope and should be performed by an appropriate specialist.

Damages & Liability

AromaClean is insured and takes great care with every residence. Any accidental damage concern should be reported to operations@aromacleanluxury.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of service, so it can be reviewed promptly. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AromaClean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear or deterioration, defective or improperly installed or unsecured items, or damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information about a surface, object or required care method.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for informing AromaClean in advance of relevant hazards, pets, restricted areas, unusual access conditions, construction activity or other circumstances that may affect safe and proper performance of the service.

WEBSITE, PRIVACY & LEGAL

Website Use

By using the AromaClean website, visitors agree not to use it for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, impersonate another person or entity, interfere with the operation or security of the website, or submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the AromaClean name, logo, website copy, graphics, photographs and other original website content are owned by or licensed to AromaClean Luxury Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced, reused, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Privacy

Use of the website is also governed by the AromaClean Privacy Policy, which explains how information submitted through the website and service process is collected, used and protected.

Modifications to Terms

AromaClean Luxury Solutions LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version and its effective or last-updated date will be published on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
